Oldonyo Lengai Trekking

Mount OlDoinyo Lengai Trekking – 3 Days / 2 Nights

Day 1: Depart from Moshi or Arusha at 7:00 am and drive to Ngaresero village (Lake Natron) with packed lunch. The journey takes about 8 hours. Dinner and overnight stay at the nearest camp/lodge.

Day 2: Early morning at 1:00 am, drive to the base of Mount Ol’doinyo Lengai to start the climb. Reach the summit during sunrise and spend some time there before descending to the base. Transfer by jeep to the respective lodge/camp for shower and rest. Dinner and overnight stay at the respective lodge/camp.

Day 3: Enjoy breakfast and then drive back to Arusha or Moshi, depending on the itinerary.
